These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, services, and appointments provided by Houston Prime Mobile Notary (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our site, booking an appointment, or receiving our services, you agree to these Terms.
We offer mobile notarization services within approximately 30 miles of Houston, TX. Services include, but are not limited to:
Notarized Documents (Acknowledgments, Jurats & Oaths, Affidavits & Declarations, Copy Certification)
Power of Attorney services (Residential and Medical Facility)
Business & Corporate Documents notarization
Real Estate & Mortgage Documents notarization
Apostille services
Appointments must be booked via our dedicated calendar links for each service with the applicable base pricing.
Service area is up to approximately 30 miles from our operating center; travel beyond may incur additional fees if we agree to serve.
You must choose the correct service category. If you book under one service but your document relates to a different category (e.g., real property, business/corporation, or power of attorney) you may forfeit your appointment or be subject to a cost difference.
Base prices apply as listed for each service on our website. Additional charges may apply for extra pages, travel beyond standard service area, after-hours or emergency appointments, parking/toll fees, or other special conditions.
Payment is typically required at or before the appointment as specified.
If cancellation is made 24 hours or more before the appointment, you may request a refund. If cancellation occurs the day of the appointment or you are a no-show, either no refund or a partial refund may apply (as described in the booking form).
You must provide a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID for each signer, or other acceptable verification if applicable.
Documents provided must be complete, accurate, and free of blank spaces where required.
You must ensure access to the signing location, that any required third parties are present, and that any facility rules (for medical facilities, etc.) are followed. If we arrive and cannot complete service due to your facility’s access rules, you may incur a return visit fee or forfeit the appointment.
We will arrive on time (or as scheduled), review your documents, confirm identity, and perform notarization in accordance with Texas state law.
We will maintain confidentiality of your documents and treat your information securely.
We provide services “as is” and make no guarantees beyond what is required by Texas law.
We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party agencies, postal services, or external factors beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the service fee paid; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Harris County, Texas.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and the “effective date” will be revised. Your continued use of our site or services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
